​Guest Terms & Conditions – Costa Caribe Apartment​

These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a comfortable, respectful, and seamless stay for all guests at the Costa Caribe apartment.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the following

1. General Use of the Apartment

The apartment is rented fully furnished for residential use only.

Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.

Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, in line with community guidelines.

Guests are responsible for the apartment, furnishings, and amenities during their stay.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: After 3:00 PM

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Self check-in is provided. Instructions will be shared prior to arrival.

Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and fees.

3. Security Deposit

To help keep the apartment in excellent condition for all guests, a refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays.The deposit is used only in the rare event of:

Damage to the apartment or furnishings

Missing items

Excessive cleaning

Violation of house rules

When the apartment is left in good condition, the full deposit is refunded within 5 days after check-out.

4. Cleaning & Care

Professional cleaning is included prior to arrival.

Guests are expected to leave the apartment in good, well-maintained condition.

Additional cleaning required beyond normal use may be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Utilities & Amenities

Utilities (water, electricity, internet) are included for short-term stays.

Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

Access to shared amenities (gym, yoga garden, business center, parking) is subject to community and HOA rules.

Amenity availability may vary due to maintenance or operational requirements.

6. Maintenance & Repairs

Guests are asked to report any maintenance issues promptly.

We reserve the right to access the apartment (with reasonable notice) for repairs, inspections, or emergencies.

While every effort is made to resolve issues quickly, temporary interruptions may occur.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the booking channel and rate selected at the time of booking.

Early departures do not qualify for refunds unless agreed in writing.

8. Liability

Guests stay at their own risk.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Acceptance of Terms
